نیب کا نواز شریف اور آصف زرداری کی گاڑیاں قبضے میں لینےکا فیصلہ۔


سابق وزیرعاظم نوازشریف اور آصف علی زرداری کو یہ گاڑیاں توشہ خانہ سے تحفے میں ملی تھیں آصف علی زرداری کی 3 اور نوازشریف کی 1 گاڑی کی ملکیت منجمد کردی ہے احتساب عدالت میں رپورٹ جمع 
میڈیا رپورٹس کے مطابق نیب نے نوازشریف اور آصف زرداری پر توشہ خانہ سے تحفے میں ملنے والی گاڑیوں کی الزام میں کرپشن ریفرنس دائر کردی ہے نیب نے احتساب عدالت میں جمع رپورٹ کہا کہ توشہ خانہ سے تحفے میں ملنے والی سابق صدر آصف زرداری کی 3 گاڑیوں کی جبکہ سابق وزیراعظم میاں نوازشریف کی 1 گاڑی کی ملکیت منجمد کردی گئی ہےاحتساب
                                      عدالت نے نیب سے تفتیشی افسر کو تمام گاڑیوں کا ریکارڈ 5 اگست کو پیش کرنے کا حکم دیا ہے
مزید برآں توشہ خانہ ریفرنس میں نواز شریف کی طلبی کا اشتہار چسپاں کر دیا ہے نواز شریف کی طلبی کا اشتہار رائیونڈ رہائشگاہ پر چسپاں کیا گیا  احتساب عدالت نے کہا کہ نواز شریف جان بوجھ کر عدالتی کارروائی سے مفرور ہیں  نواز شریف کو اشتہاری قرار دینے کی کاروائی شروع کردی گئی نواز شریف کو پیش ہوکر توشہ خانہ ریفرنس کا جواب دینے کے لیے 17 اگست تک آخری موقع دیا ہے

 جبکہ دوسری جانب سابق صدر آصف علی زرداری کی جانب سے فاروق ایچ نائیک اور اسد عباسی ایڈووکیٹ پیش نے پیشگی دی سابق صدر نے استدعا کی کہ ہے کہ فردجرم روکیں ریفرنس خارج کرکے بری کریں احتساب عدالت نے آصف زرداری کی درخواست پر نیب کو نوٹس جاری کردیا گیا احتساب عدالت نے آصف علی زرداری پر فردجرم کے لیے ویڈیو لنک کے انتظام کا حکم دے دیا ہے عدالت نے 4 اگست کو آصف علی زرداری سمیت 14 ملزمان پر فرد جرم عائد کرنے کے لئے تاریخ مقرر کر رکھی ہے
