 Pakistan has imposed strict sanctions on more than 88 terrorist organizations and elements

More than 88 terrorist organizations have been banned in Pakistan. A notification has also been issued banning banned organizations and their affiliates. Seizure of movable and immovable property of these elements and travel including acquisition of weapons have also been banned, according to media reports. Pakistan has taken this big step against terrorists

The United Nations has also imposed strict sanctions on banned organizations and individuals who have been declared terrorists. It has also ordered the immediate confiscation or freezing of the assets and property of banned and extremist organizations such as the Taliban, ISIS and others. People affiliated with banned organizations have also been banned from acquiring weapons

The Interior Ministry has also issued a notification regarding banned organizations from August 18.

The notification said that more than 88 terrorist elements of ISIS / Al-Qaeda / Taliban and other organizations have been banned in Pakistan and their movable and immovable properties were also immediately confiscated. Travel abroad was also banned along with obtaining financial services from banks and other financial institutions. It should also be noted that the National Assembly has also approved the Anti-Terrorism Amendment Bill 2020. The text of the Anti-Terrorism Amendment Bill states that loans or financial assistance to banned organizations and their affiliates will also be banned.

پاکستان میں 88 سے زائد دہشتگرد تنظیموں پر پابندی عائد کردی کالعدم تنظیموں اور منسلک افراد پر بھی پابندی سے متعلق نوٹیفکیشن جاری کردیا گیاہے ان عناصر کی منقولہ غیرمنقولہ جائیدادیں ضبط کرنے اور ہتھیاروں کے حصول سمیت سفر کرنے پر بھی پابندیاں عائد کردی گئیں میڈیا رپورٹس کے مطابق پاکستان نے دہشتگردوں کیخلاف یہ بڑا قدام اٹھا لیا ہے

اقوام متحدہ کی طرف سے بھی دہشتگرد قرار دی جانے والے کالعدم تنظیموں اور افراد پر سخت پابندیاں عائد کردی گئی ہیں کالعدم اور شدت پسند تنظیموں  طالبان، داعش، اور دیگرسے منسلک افراد کے اثاثوں اور جائیداد کو فوری ضبط یا منجمد کرنے کا بھی حکم دے دیا گیا ہے کالعدم تنظیموں سے منسلک افراد پرہتھیاروں کے حصول پر بھی سخت پابندی عائد کردی گئی ہے

وزارت داخلہ کی جانب 18اگست سے کالعدم تنظیموں سے متعلق نوٹیفکیشن کا بھی اجراء کیا جا چکا ہے۔

نوٹیفکیشن میں یہ کہا گیا ہے کہ پاکستان میں داعش/ القاعدہ / طالبان اور دیگر اور تنظیموں کے 88 سے زائد دہشتگرد عناصر پر پابندیاں عائد دی ہے  ان کی منقولہ غیرمنقولہ جائیدادیں بھی فوری ضبط کرلی گئی۔ بینکوں اور دیگر فنانشل اداروں سے بھی مالیاتی خدمات کی حصولی کے ساتھ  بیرون ملک سفر پر  پابندی عائد کردی گئی ۔ یہ بھی واضح رہے قومی اسمبلی میں انسداد دہشتگردی ترمیمی بل 2020ء کی بھی منظوری دے دی گئی ہے، انسداد دہشتگردی ترمیمی بل کے متن میں یہ  کہا گیا ہے کہ کالعدم تنظیموں اور ان سے تعلق رکھنے والوں کیلئے قرضہ یا مالی معاونت پر بھی پابندی عائد ہوگی۔
